	RESERVATION POLICIES Room Deposit A one-night stay requires a deposit of the full room cost to guarantee the reservation. Longer stays require, as a deposit, half of the total cost of the stay, with the deposit being applied to the last days of stay. Reservations not secured by a deposit within two weeks of booking will be released. Cancellations Deposits are refundable, less a $10.00 service charge, with advance notice of 10 days or more prior to the date of arrival. With less than 10 days notice, deposits will be refunded (minus a $10.00 service charge) only if the room is rebooked. Payments We accept cash, personal checks, traveler's checks and all major credit cards including American Express, Discover, MasterCard and Visa. Check-In and Check-Out Check-In is at 2pm and check-out is by 11am. Children Children sixteen years old and over are welcome. Pets Sorry we are unable to accommodate any pets. Smoking Policy We are completely non-smoking. All of our guest rooms and public rooms are smoke-free.

	WINTER HOURS: The Inn is open Thursday, Friday and Saturday for lodging and dining, and is available for special parties and events all week. We will be closing for our winter break from January 12th through February 12th, except for special occasions. sTAY wITH uS Spend a romantic night or weekend at the Bee and Thistle in one of our nine elegant guest rooms. Therein you will find fine linens, down pillows and a myriad of luxurious appointments. Added to the list of amenities, each room boasts a private bath. dINING AS OUR GUEST When booking your stay, consider making reservations for our Prix Fix dining, served in the Main Dining Room on Thursday through Saturday evenings from 6:00–9:00pm. Or, if you are looking for lighter fare, join us in one of our Garden Porch Lounges, Thursday through Saturday, from 12:00–9:00pm. We would also be happy to prepare a picnic for your to enjoy on the grounds or on your day’s adventures. For guests arriving on days without dining, we offer complimentary cheese, crackers, and wine in our common rooms from 5:00–7:00pm. Added to our facilities, coffee and tea are available daily in our North Porch Lounge, as well as daily newspapers. In addition, wireless internet service is available in all of our guest rooms and in our two common rooms.

		ROOM THREE This Room includes an enormous, plush king size four-poster bed, upholstered armchair, walk in closet and full bath. It overlooks the north lawn containing numerous bronze sculptures by Andrew DeVries. Weekday $200.00* Weekend $255.00*

		ROOM FOUR This is a bright and sunny guest room. It has a full size bed, upholstered armchair and a full bath. It overlooks the sunken English garden and south lawn with the historic Japanese Chestnut Tree. Also has views of our herd, vegetable, and flower cutting garden. Weekday $150.00* Weekend $190.00*

		ROOM FIVE The room has a queen four-poster bed and overstuffed chair. The bath has a walk in shower. The room overlooks the sunken English garden and has seasonal views of the Lieutenant River. Weekday $190.00* Weekend $240.00*
